Full Exterior Renovation and Conservatory Addition

At Facelift Home Improvements, we have completed many extensive renovation projects that have transformed the look and functionality of the home. This project involved a combination of bespoke builds, high-quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship. Here’s how we made it happen:

Location:

Crawley, West Sussex

Client Requirements:

The client wanted to enhance the exterior of their home with modern, energy-efficient upgrades, including the addition of new living space in the form of a conservatory. The project was designed to improve the home’s curb appeal, comfort, and overall functionality.

Key Features of the Project:

New Porch

The entrance was completely upgraded with a bespoke porch featuring a solid tiled roof. This not only improved the home’s aesthetic but also added practicality with better weather protection and insulation. The composite front door, chosen for its durability and modern design, provides enhanced security and energy efficiency.

New Double-Glazed Windows

All windows were replaced with high-performance double-glazed units, ensuring improved thermal efficiency and reduced noise pollution. These windows also help maintain the property’s updated look.

Sliding uPVC Patio Doors

Modern sliding uPVC patio doors were installed, offering easy access to the garden while maximising natural light in the living space. These doors offer excellent insulation and durability, with low maintenance requirements.

New Conservatory

We constructed a brand-new conservatory featuring a Supalite solid tiled roof, making it suitable for year-round use. The tiled roof offers better insulation than traditional glass options, ensuring a comfortable temperature in both winter and summer. French doors opening onto the garden provide a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, making the conservatory a bright and inviting space for relaxation or entertaining.

Replacement uPVC Fascias, Soffits, and Guttering

The existing fascias, soffits, and guttering were showing signs of wear. These were replaced with durable uPVC products, ensuring the home is well-protected from the elements while maintaining a clean, fresh exterior appearance.

Exterior Painting of House Render

To complete the transformation, the entire house render was repainted. This not only refreshed the overall look but also provided an additional layer of protection against the weather, giving the home long-lasting curb appeal.
